Safe play

• Meet in public, well-lit locations — like the court you booked.
• Share session details with someone you trust before meeting a new player.
• Trust your instincts. If something feels off, you can cancel.
• Review a player's profile before confirming a session.

Safe payments

• Always pay through Sunny Sets. Payments made outside the platform are not covered by our dispute resolution.
• Never send cash, wire transfers, or gift cards to other users.
• Review payment details before confirming any transaction.

Community guidelines

All users are expected to:

• Treat all players, coaches, and staff with respect.
• Show up on time or cancel with reasonable notice.
• Provide accurate information in your profile and session posts.
• Not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Not harass, threaten, or intimidate other users on or off the platform.
• Not use the platform to solicit users for services outside of Sunny Sets.

Reporting a problem

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it at sunnysets.com/contact or email safety@sunnysets.com. We review all reports and respond within 2 business days. Users found to be in serious violation may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
