How do I post a session?

Tap "+ Post a Session" from the top nav (desktop) or navigate to Sessions and tap the button. Choose a format, pick a court and time options, add any notes, and post.

How do I respond to a session?

Open any session from the Sessions feed, select the date/time options that work for you, and submit your response. The session creator will review responses and invite players.

What formats are available?

Singles, doubles, and drills/rally. Each format determines the number of players and the court view layout.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal (PayPal, Venmo). A small platform fee applies — see our Payments & Refunds page for details.

Can I cancel a confirmed session?

Yes. Open the session, scroll to your confirmed spot, and tap Drop Out. Cancellation timing may affect refund eligibility — see our Payments & Refunds policy.

How do I find courts near me?

Use the Map tab to browse courts, clubs, and hitting walls in your city. You can also filter sessions by court in the Sessions feed.

Is my personal information shared with other players?

Only your display name and profile photo are visible to other users. Your email and payment information are never shared. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I report a problem with another user?

Contact us at hello@sunnysets.com and include the username and a description of the issue. We review all reports and respond within 2 business days.
