How to delete your account

You can delete your account at any time, from any device:

1. Sign in to Sunny Sets (web or the mobile app).
2. Go to Profile → Edit profile.
3. Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no undo, and you'll be signed out on all devices.

What gets removed

We permanently remove your personal information: your name, username, email, avatar and uploaded photos, location, bio, social links, preferences, and any push-notification tokens. Your player, coach, and stringer sub-profiles are deleted, and your sign-in credentials are removed so the account can no longer be accessed.

What is retained, and why

Records tied to money or to other people are kept in a de-identified form — specifically completed payments and the sessions you hosted or joined. We retain these only as long as needed for financial, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations, and they no longer carry your name or contact details. Nothing retained can be used to identify or contact you.

Can't sign in?

If you've lost access to your account, email hi@sunnysets.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify ownership and remove it for you.
